A specialized seated reset experience combining guided relaxation and sound therapy for those who prefer or require a chair session. This restorative practice includes deep tissue techniques and optional heat to effectively reduce stress and promote nervous system balance.

Welcome to The Healing Cottage! We’re honored to be part of your wellness journey. Booking • Advance booking is recommended for all services and classes. Walk-ins welcomed but not guaranteed. • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted. DUE TO THE MEDITATIVE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES, THE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED FOR GROUP SESSIONS AT THE SCHEDULED START TIME TO RESPECT EVERYONE WHO IS PARTICIPATING. LATE ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a few wellness forms (only on 1st visit). Cancellation & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • All payments made are non-refundable but may be applied to next appointment if rescheduled.
