Table Reset A restorative one-on-one experience combining sound therapy, guided relaxation, energy balancing, light therapy, and calming sensory elements while you rest on our heated grounding mat. Designed to help quiet the mind, release tension, and give your body permission to simply stop for a while. Choose the reset that fits what you need most: 🌿 Grounding Reset For when you feel scattered, overstimulated, anxious, or mentally “all over the place.” This session focuses on grounding and calming the nervous system to help you feel more settled, centered, and present. 💗 Heart & Stillness For emotional heaviness, stress, burnout, or when you simply need a safe space to soften. Gentle sound, relaxation, and sensory elements encourage emotional release, comfort, and deep stillness. ✨ Full Body Reset Our most complete reset experience. Designed for whole-body relaxation when you’re carrying tension physically and mentally. This session combines grounding, sound, light, and guided relaxation for a head-to-toe reset. 30, 40, or 50-minute sessions • $25–$40
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to The Healing Cottage! We’re honored to be part of your wellness journey. Booking • Advance booking is recommended for all services and classes. Walk-ins welcomed but not guaranteed. • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted. DUE TO THE MEDITATIVE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES, THE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED FOR GROUP SESSIONS AT THE SCHEDULED START TIME TO RESPECT EVERYONE WHO IS PARTICIPATING. LATE ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a few wellness forms (only on 1st visit). Cancellation & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • All payments made are non-refundable but may be applied to next appointment if rescheduled.
